At Ceeteez (accessible via https://ceeteez.com), paying for your order should take a moment and leave nothing to wonder about afterward. This page lists the ways you can pay and explains what happens to your payment.

Whether you are ordering one fitted tee or a handful of relaxed ones, the checkout works the same way. Every payment runs through PayPal's secure gateway, and you are charged once for exactly what is in your cart plus the flat shipping rate.

Secure Processing Through PayPal

All payments are processed by PayPal, which meets the PCI DSS security standard for card payments. You can pay by card as a guest without opening a PayPal account.

Payment Security

Your card details go directly to PayPal over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card number.

When You Are Charged

Your payment is taken once, when you place your order. We do not offer subscriptions and do not charge you again later.

Currency

All prices and charges are in US Dollars. If your card is issued outside the United States, your card issuer may add a foreign transaction fee, which is set by the issuer rather than by us.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable, based on your shipping address.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment does not go through, nothing is charged and no order is created. Common causes include:

• A billing address that does not match the one your card issuer holds.
• An expired card or a mistyped card number or security code.
• A spending limit or a fraud check set by your card issuer.

Trying again with the details corrected, or with another method, usually solves it.

Pending Authorizations

If an attempted payment failed, your bank may briefly show a pending authorization. It is not a charge, and it drops off on its own, usually within a few business days.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method, as explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
