Orders & Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

PayPal, debit cards, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), all processed securely through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card. The full list is on our Payment Methods page.

When is my card charged?

Once, when you place the order. There are no subscriptions and no repeat charges.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Yes, within 24 hours of placing it, and if it has not left us yet we will still cancel it after that. The details are in our Cancel & Change Order Policy.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders placed by 5:00 PM EST, Monday – Friday begin processing the same business day, and every order is handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after the cutoff, on a Saturday or Sunday, or on a federal holiday start on the next business day.

Where do you ship?

To addresses in all 50 US states. We are not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.

How do I track my parcel?

Your tracking number arrives by email the day your order ships, and you can check its status on our Order Tracking page.

Returns & Refunds

Do I have to explain why I am returning something?

No. A reason helps us decide what to stock next, but you do not have to justify a return to us.

Who pays for return shipping?

We do. Request the return by email and a prepaid label lands in your inbox within 1 business day.

When will I get my refund?

Products & Sizing

What is the difference between the fitted and the relaxed tees?

The fitted crew tee follows the body, with the shoulder seam on your shoulder point and enough length to stay tucked. The relaxed tee is cut wide and straight, with a dropped shoulder and a hem that lands around the waistband.

How do I choose a size?

Choose by where you want the tee to end on your body as much as by the chest. A tee you already own, measured from the top of the shoulder to the hem, is the most useful reference you have. If you are between sizes, email us with that measurement and the cut you are looking at.

Is anything printed on the tees?

No. Every tee we carry is plain, with no graphics, slogans, or logos on the front.
